I began my legal career at a large law firm in Boston. My practice was focused on transactional law, including counseling start-ups, public companies, and venture capital funds, regarding a wide range of matters such as formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. I established Red Dog Legal in 2014, after three years of “big law,” in order to provide legal services to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and families at an affordable price.
The focus on my practice is estate planning and business law.
As a cryptocurrency enthusiast and someone who is interested in blockchain and decentralized technologies, I am happy to accept Bitcoin as payment for my legal fees. I am open to accepting other “coins” as payment as well.
